Terms and Conditions for Using the Services of Mawared Al-Qiyadah Company
Introduction
These terms and conditions constitute the legal framework governing the contractual relationship between Mawared Al-Qiyadah Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and all clients and users.
The use of the Company’s website or the request of any of its services shall be deemed an explicit, final, and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained in these terms.

The Company may amend, update, or suspend any of its services at its professional discretion.
Second: Conditions for Benefiting from the Services
The client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- That they do not represent a competing entity to the Company and do not use the services in a manner that conflicts with its activities or interests.
- That they possess full legal and statutory capacity enabling them to contract and comply with these terms.
- To use the services solely for lawful and legitimate purposes.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Third: Client Obligations
The client undertakes the following:
- To provide true, accurate, and complete information upon registration or contracting, and to update it upon any change.
- To follow notifications and communications issued by the Company through the approved communication channels.
- Not to copy, reuse, or exploit any content, service, or material provided by the Company without prior written consent.
- To refrain from any unlawful use of the website or services, including publishing or sending any content that violates regulations or is harmful.
- Not to perform any act that may negatively affect the website systems or disrupt the services.
- To maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and bear full responsibility for any unauthorized use of their account.
- To acknowledge that the selection of the project type, location, and nature is based on their personal desire, and that the Company bears no responsibility in this regard.
- To acknowledge that the services provided are of a consultative nature and are based on economic data and information available at the time of their preparation.
Fourth: Company Obligations
Mawared Al-Qiyadah Company undertakes the following:
- To provide its services in accordance with recognized professional standards based on the data available at the time of execution.
- The Company has the right to accept or reject any service request at its professional discretion, without obligation to state reasons.
- No study or report shall be deemed valid for submission to official or financing entities unless it is stamped and approved by the Company.
Fifth: Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials published on the website, including texts, studies, images, logos, graphics, and designs, are the exclusive property of Mawared Al-Qiyadah Company or licensed third parties, and are protected under the intellectual property laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
They may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified in any manner without prior written permission from the Company.
Sixth: Permitted Use
The user agrees to use the website and services for lawful purposes only and to refrain from any unauthorized use or any use that violates regulations, infringes the rights of others, or compromises information security.
Seventh: Fees

- The client shall be obligated to pay the fees in accordance with the agreed mechanism.
- Fees paid are non-refundable after the commencement of service execution.
- The Company has the right to amend the prices of its services in the future without affecting previously agreed services.
- The client shall bear any additional costs such as printing or shipping when requesting hard copies of studies.
Eighth: Limitation of Liability
- The Company does not guarantee the achievement of any specific investment or operational results.
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services or reliance on their outputs.
- The Company disclaims any liability for errors or negative results arising from the client’s provision of incorrect or incomplete data.
Ninth: Personal Data Protection
The Company is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and the relevant regulations, and data shall be collected and used in accordance with the approved Privacy Policy.
Tenth: External Links
The website may contain links to external websites or entities, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.
Eleventh: Termination
The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account or restrict access to the services at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of any provision of these terms. The client also has the right to terminate the contractual relationship by ceasing to use the services.
Twelfth: Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the website or services after the publication of amendments shall be deemed implicit acceptance thereof.
Thirteenth: Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts within the Kingdom (the courts of the City of Riyadh) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising therefrom.
